REG-0400 — Regulatory Provisions for the Update and Propagation of RBT

Develop binding regulatory requirements prescribing deployment dates and geographic areas to ensure a synchronised deployment of RBT capabilities to maximise the overall business case benefits. Furthermore, the binding requirements for synchronisation should be supported by the availability of financial incentives to encourage early equipage ahead of the mandated timescales.
Develop high-level (i.e. not technically prescriptive) binding regulatory requirements and/or appropriate means of compliance to ensure a harmonised deployment of RBT capabilities
