DCB-0212 — Network Performance Assessment for Distributed Network Operation

Network Operations performed at local, sub-regional and regional levels will be continuously monitored through Network Performance KPA/KPI. Stakeholders will be allowed to evaluate the impact of their intentions and decisions on capacity and QoS performance (flight efficiency, predictability, flexibility) at Network Level, using what if tools and Network Impact Assessment function. Network impact assessment will facilitate collaborative decision making processes to reduce adverse network effect (e.g. increase of sectors workload) and anticipate effective corrective measures to achieve the Network Performance Targets.
