AUO-0506 — Improved Air safety using on-board detection via e.g. LIDAR of Wake Turbulence detection

Safety in the cockpit is improved thanks to better awareness of surrounding Wake Turbulence events. The Flight Crew has access to Wake Turbulence detection info received through on-board sensor (e.g. LIDAR).

Rationale
Based on on-board detection, the aim is to ensure tactical measurement of wake turbulence activation of flight control response countering wake turbulence impact to increase the stability of the aircraft, thereby improving safety and capacity.
