AUO-0502 — Enhanced Visual Separation on Approach (ATSA-VSA)

The ATSA-VSA application helps to establish and maintain own visual separation during the Approach phase of a flight, using ADS-B and associated Cockpit Display of Traffic Information (CDTI).

Rationale
The objective of 'Enhanced Visual Separation on Approach (ATSA-VSA)' is to execute approach procedures more efficiently and possibly more regularly, while maintaining own visual separation from the preceding aircraft. The ATSA-VSA application does not aim to modify current ICAO minima such as VMC minima.
