Rationale: The objective of ATSA-AIRB is to improve flight safety and flight operations by assisting flight crews in building their traffic situational awareness. This is achieved through the provision of an appropriate on-board equipment including display of surrounding airborne traffic relative to own ship, together with additional traffic information. ATSA-AIRB also supports visual acquisition of traffic.
