AUO-0216 — Shared Mission Trajectory Data

In the medium/short term planning phase, the MT will be shared as soon as the trajectory data are mature enough to contain the MT specific operational requirements. In order to secure these requirements, the trajectory description will contain Airspace Reservation/Restriction (ARES) Dynamic Mobile Area (DMA) type described in 4D data. These trajectory data will be shared and used as an input into the CDM process in order to negotiate the optimum trajectory profile which satisfies the mission requirements. The negotiated upon CDM MT, including 4D targets and other ATM constraints, if any, can be used as an input to the DCB process in order to allocate the negotiated MT in the airspace configuration scenario.

Rationale
For geographically fixed DMA type solution, the velocity parameter of the trajectory description will be equal to zero. The trajectory profile is iteratively refined taking inputs from the up-to-date meteorological data, aeronautical data and other ATM related data (planning targets and constraints), communicated via SWIM profiles.
