AIRPORT-42 — Tactical Capacity Planning Tools (Airside/Landside)
The tactical capacity planning tools include both the planning of infrastructure usage and the planning of resources, such as equipment and personnel. All airside capacities such as the runway system, taxi routes, stand and gates and ground handling are considered.
By planning the use of resources, it is ensured that the stakeholders are always able to identify possible bottlenecks. With the given information they can plan a wide variety of adjustments.
